Our Current Ministry

Our core message

God's Word

Since the Bible is God's Word, you're going to find us reading, hearing, and studying it here at Resurrection. It's the foundation of everything we believe and do.

God's Grace

The message at the heart of the Bible is God's grace. Grace is God's undeserved love. It's when God looks at us with all our imperfections and sins and loves us anyway.

Jesus Christ

The greatest way God showed his love for us is in Jesus Christ. Jesus died for the whole world, rose from the dead, and gives us forgiveness, life, and heaven.

God works in our hearts through the message about his grace in Jesus. So we believe him, trust him, and place our lives, souls and everything else into his hands.

Growing Together

Christians were never meant to be isolated. That's why we gather together at Resurrection: to encourage each other in our faith all the way to heaven.

Living to Serve

God's grace changes us. It shapes our minds, hearts, and lives. We head back to our homes and jobs equipped and energized to serve as God's people in the world.

I don't know what you think of God or where you're at with him, but I know what he thinks of you and what he has to say to you in the Bible. It's a message of sin and grace, death and life, all centering on an amazing Savior named Jesus. I'd love to sit down and talk with you about him.

The Lutheran Church is nothing else than the Church of the Bible. It does not deviate from the Bible; it does not take away or add to it, but stands squarely on the Word of God.

I have held many things in my hands, and I have lost them all; but whatever I have placed in God's hands, that I still possess.

I love you … because you’re beautiful. I love you … because you make me laugh. I love you … because you’ve always been there for me.

There are so many uncertainties in life.

Will that person love and respect me? Will the dream I’m longing for turn out the way I want?…

The words still sting: “Why don’t you go with your friends?” I was in fourth grade. It was time for an art project. There was room for about five…
